FREE TIME with JackY

Jacky came to Paris for 2 weeks and be went to Barcelona one weekend and had a great time on Port Olimpico. Also I meet my host parents from last year's summer school in Barcelona which was great:) 
The first picture is taken at the best Falafel place in Paris. You should really visit if you haven't it is very close to the Metro: St.Paul. Jacky and I had a great time wondering around Paris:)

MY Dishessssssss :)

RABBIT WITH MUSTARD SAUCE
Chef: too much mustard and the potatoes are way to over cooked :(
VEAL WITH PUREE POTATOES
Chef: Meat is bleu which is good but then the sauce needs to be more reduced
 
BEEF WITH MUSHROOM, ONION, BACON, TURNED POTATOES & CRUTONS
Chef: the potatoes are cold.. (almost good) :(

LESSON 23

Today was a great day with "tre bien" "perfect" dish that I made!! hehehe very exciting.. although I burned my finger again on the oven.. I finished and it was the most amazing experience.. cause if you attend the school, you will know that something is always wrong with the dish, and that the chef with criticize you. So today we made a duck dish, and orange souffle.

JACKY, RABBIT & I

So after Saturday when I had my demonstration on the rabbit dish, on Sunday I bought a little rabbit. She is a girl but then we decided to name her Alejandro, because it's a cute/awesome name. So these are the picture at the park on July,4 with my friends from Cordon Bleu. I thought maybe the rabbit might get some attention from boyz but we literally had 20 little children asking me if they could take Alejandro on a walk.

Lesson 14-18

So After my friend Jacky came over to visit me I was really caught up with work. My classes are becoming more intense as the chefs assume that you know the technique by now. And these days I am improving on my neatness as the days go by. It's always tiring but I think I would really appreciated it at the end. :))

DINNER WITH THE GIRLS

A lot of fun hanging with my school-mates. We went to a restaurant called trisn blue inside the train station. However, since I'm in Paris and the restaurant had no AC it was a really HOT. haha anyways it is a lot of friend in Paris not knowing how to speak french.
