HOW TO MAKE ICE-CREAM

Glace a la Vanille

1. Add Milk, Cream, and Vanilla Bean into a pan and heat (you want to scrap the seeds of the bean and put the skin inside the liquid ingredients)
2. Blanch Egg Yolk and Sugar into a bowl


3.  Wait until the liquid is boiling then add the Milk to the Egg yolk and Sugar
 
4. Then boil the mixture again and stir gently


5.  Strain out the mixture so you don't find any lumps
6. Put the strained liquid on top of ice water and let it cool before you put it in the freezer
7. After it is chilled put it through the ice-cream machine
Then YUMMY ice cream will be made, simple and easy. Also with this base liquid you can add any different kind of flavors, chocolate, vanilla, candy bites and create your own ICE CREAM :)
