Critiques by chef= the Emulsified butter sauce separated because it got too hot and the sauce needs more salt.  So I felt that it was a pretty good dish and a dish that could be easy made in the house. My favorite part of the dish was the spinach which were just washed, sauteed with butter, and seasoned.
